Price Book and Multisite program provides the ability to manage multiple location sales reports, prices, negative check file and frequent shopper programs.

The SCANPlus Multi-Site Corporate Price Book Module will enable the multi-store grocer to maximize his profitability, monitor and reduce inventory loss across stores, control constant pricing of products across his chain of stores, develop homogenous frequent shopper programs that will give your customers their choice of stores and allow them to retain all their frequent shopper benefits. It provides a Wide Area Network capability for multi-store chains that are controlled by an off-site corporate office and/or warehouse. This dynamic module includes all the features of the local store back office system and provides the corporate location with the ability to manage multiple location sales reports, prices, negative check file and frequent shopper programs.

The Multi-Site Corporate Price Book Module allows the addition of new items "on the fly" directly into the store price book, from the local store back office or the R/F Handheld unit. Individual store information is automatically uploaded to the Corporate system where price and inventory files are automatically updated. The new information is then downloaded to stores as defined at the Corporate level.

All stores work together with the Corporate store, and, still maintain their autonimity. Each store on the multi-site network retain the ability to stand alone and work independently of the corporate system. If the corporate system goes down, the individual stores continue to operate with no downtime because all price files are stored on the individual registers. Sales information as well as inventory information is stored at the local level and is automatically uploaded to the Corporate system whenever it comes back on line.

All optional modules are completely integrated at the Point-of-Sale and include the full Back Office, management and reporting capabilities.
